Back again, last years top seller! Also our favourite as its a flavour inspired by Lewis’s favourite drink. With news of light at the end of the lockdown tunnel, hopefully this helps bring a further smile to everyone’s face.
Aroma (Neat): Lemon, Lime and light note of Menthol.
Taste (Neat): A sharpness of Lime with a crisp Mint and Wood middle, and a satisfying smooth finish.
Aroma (With Tonic): Lemon Zest and Lime Cordial.
Taste (With Tonic): Soft Mint to start, a sweet Lime and a sharp Lemon finish.
Garnish: Great with tonic! Choose the garnish of either Lemon, Lime or Mint to bring out the botanical you want more of.

The Missing Link is back, after being recommended by Gin Venturists last year. This has been chosen by myself (Patrick) to start the year and celebrate our one year anniversary. It has been a crazy year with lots of ups and downs but we should take the time to enjoy the happy moments and I feel this gin does just that. This one for me takes me back to the summer, sitting in the garden relaxing, BBQing and enjoying good company.
Aroma (Neat): Fresh and Sweet Lychee.
Taste (Neat): Fresh Lychee at the fore, Juniper backbone with orange throughout. Full and sweet finish.
Aroma (With Lemonade): Lychee, Lemon and Orange.
Taste (With Lemonade): Preferred with lemonade, as the sweetness of the gin pairs well with a sweeter mixer. Gets mostly Lychee with almost brown sugar sweetness, drink of the summer!
Garnish: Not required, Sweet enough but you can always top it off with your favourite garnish.
Here is the summer cocktail to help take you back to those happy times đ
Ingredients
1 lime
25ml simple syrup*
50ml The Missing Link
20 mint leaves
125ml Soda Water
5 ice cubes
Instructions
Slice the lime in half. Cut one of the halves into small wedges and drop them into a pint-sized mason jar.
Squeeze the juice of the other half into the mason jar.
Add 15 mint leaves, the ice cubes, the simple syrup and then The Missing Link. Screw on the lid.
Shake the mason jar vigorously for 1 minute. The jar will become very cold and frosty (this is good)!
Unscrew the lid, then add the soda water and remaining mint leaves. Enjoy immediately!
*Simple syrup – the ratio is 1:1 granulated sugar to water. Combine the sugar and water, and bring it to a boil (stove-top in a pot, or in a Pyrex measuring cup in the microwave) and then stir it until the sugar has melted. Let the simple syrup cool in the fridge, and then use as needed.
Its that time of year and to celebrate we have created the ultimate festive Gin that will warm your heart while celebrating with friends and family.
Grand Cranberry
Nose Neat: Stewed cranberries with cloves and stat anise. Liquorice and spiced apple.
Taste Neat: Cloves and star anise to start with and soft fruit and ginger finish.
Nose with Tonic: Star anise and cloves and a bit of ginger.
Taste with Tonic: Ginger and cloves, cranberry and citrus finish with a spicy aftertaste.
This Gin should be warming but refreshing with tonic. However this is worth a try with warm apple juice, making this combo a Gin perfect for the festive period.
We think this might split people as the gin itself has no actual sweetness added. This is great with a sweeter tonic, would be great for cocktails but also perhaps with cream soda or ginger beer?

The Showman, where do we start, once again some great artwork from Alex and Lydia. A true testament to their creativity. This was an early Gin Venturist request as a “Winter Warmer”. It is not something we would have thought of, which is why we love your feedback and requests so keep sending them in to our email and Instagram.
The Showman : Salted Caramel
Neat Taste: Initial hit of sweet but salty caramel leading into a crisp dry gin.
Nose: Like a salted caramel topping over a boozy sticky toffee pudding.
We think this might split people as the gin itself has no actual sweetness added. This is great with a sweeter tonic, would be great for cocktails but also perhaps with cream soda or ginger beer?

A Gin Venturist wished upon a Star and their wish appeared in the form of this Unicorn Gin.
“This shouldnât work, but it does! Smells incredible. It reminds me of Campino sweets from my childhood. It tastes of sweet strawberries but has a lovely boozy bite.” – Lewis
Mixer – Makes a superb gin and tonic with a difference. If you like cream soda then itâs almost like a strawberry milkshake!
It has been a full team effort in creating this bottle, from distilling, designing the label and creating that special sparkle. It has been a lot of fun, a lot of lessons learnt, a few unicorn tears have been spilt but we are proud to add this to our collection.
We are very excited about this bottle, while only 50cl it sure packs a punch! The challenge we set for this Navy Strength was to have the increased percentage while still keeping the signature smooth taste of a Gin Venture London Dry. We are very pleased with our balance, but please drink responsibly.
Aroma (Neat): Juniper and Citrus
Taste (Neat): Strong Juniper taste through out, soft pine and wood notes with an orange citrus finish.
Aroma (With Tonic): Juniper and Citrus
Taste (With Tonic): A well balanced and refreshing gin with lots of juniper and citrus.
A great take on an old classic! We have been wanting to do this for a while as the London Dry went down so well with the Gin Venturists. This is our adaptation on the London Dry only using smoked botanicals. Hope you Enjoy!
Aroma (Neat):Â Initial aroma like a whisky, undercurrent of smokiness. Sweet liquorice and lemon.
Taste (Neat):Â Smooth, dry, liquorice, woody and oak smoke finish. Warming, One for the hipflask for the golf.
Aroma (With Tonic):Â Smokey lemon and orange.
Taste (With Tonic):Â Bitter orange with a wood fire smokey finish.
Garnish:Â No Garnish, We would recommend having this one neat, more exploring is needed.
This bottle feels like a blast from the past. This is a first for The Gin Venture, our first Liqueur, a classy edition if we don’t say so ourselves. This has been a favourite of our distiller Lewis since he made a trial batch at Christmas. We absolutely love it and we hope you too!
Number 6 is here, Another Gin Venturist recommendation! Perfect accompaniment to a lovely summers day.
Aroma (Neat): Sharp and tangy Rhubarb with a bit of citrus.
Taste (Neat): Zingy Rhubarb with some spice and a sweet but slightly sour finish.
Aroma (With Tonic): Zingy and fresh rhubarb with plenty of juniper and orange.
Taste (With Tonic): Fresh rhubarb, slight herb edge with an orange sweetness.
Garnish: Recommend a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
