Aroma (Neat): Sharp and tangy Rhubarb with a bit of citrus.
Taste (Neat): Zingy Rhubarb with some spice and a sweet but slightly sour finish.
Aroma (With Tonic): Zingy and fresh rhubarb with plenty of juniper and orange.
Taste (With Tonic): Fresh rhubarb, slight herb edge with an orange sweetness.
Garnish: Recommend a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint.
