Aroma (Neat): Sweet, fruity and earthy. A lovely balance of all things gin and the countryside.

Taste (Neat): Almost does the same as the nose, but more sweet pear at the end. The finish is sweet and smooth.

Aroma (With Tonic): Sweet pear at first then the earthy but fruity blackberry.

Taste (With Tonic): Sharp start from tonic but opens up to a burst of pear and blackberry, almost like a very light dessert!
