History Behind The Gin We are absolutely in love with this gin, its amazingly refreshing and Alex and Us have done an outstanding design on the label. This gin was another Gin Venturist recommendation based on the favourite Wolf of Gin St. Initially we weren’t quite sure how the mint and apple would work, but it did and both flavours complement each other well. For your choice of garnish, you can either use apple or mint to accentuate either flavour depending on your taste. The Label     The Flavour Nose... Read more...

Café
History Behind The Gin  We are very excited about this, as soon as I saw this in the recommendations, I knew this had to be made as we love all things coffee. Lewis took this to the next level by sourcing high quality Guatemalan Coffee beans. The Label     The Flavour Aroma (Neat): Boozy, coffee, chocolate with a slight spicy ginger/cinnamon aroma. The Grand Cranbury
History Behind The Gin Its that time of year and to celebrate we have created the ultimate festive Gin that will warm your heart while celebrating with friends and family. This Gin should be warming but refreshing with tonic. However this is worth a try with warm apple juice, making this combo a Gin perfect for the festive period. We think this might split people as the gin itself has no actual sweetness added. This is great with a sweeter tonic, would be great for cocktails but also perhaps with cream... Read more...
The Showman
History Behind The Gin  The Showman, where do we start, once again some great artwork from Alex and Lydia. A true testament to their creativity. This was an early Gin Venturist request as a "Winter Warmer". We think this might split people as the gin itself has no actual sweetness added. This is great with a sweeter tonic, would be great for cocktails but also perhaps with cream soda or ginger beer? The Label    The Flavour Neat Taste: Initial hit of sweet but salty caramel leading into a crisp... Read more...
Unicorn Gin
History Behind The Gin A Gin Venturist wished upon a Star and their wish appeared in the form of this Unicorn Gin. "This shouldn’t work, but it does! Smells incredible. It reminds me of Campino sweets from my childhood. It tastes of sweet strawberries but has a lovely boozy bite." - Lewis It has been a full team effort in creating this bottle, from distilling, designing the label and creating that special sparkle. It has been a lot of fun, a lot of lessons learnt, a few unicorn tears have been... Read more...
Navy Strength
History Behind The Gin We are very excited about this bottle, while only 50cl it sure packs a punch! The challenge we set for this Navy Strength was to have the increased percentage while still keeping the signature smooth taste of a Gin Venture London Dry. We are very pleased with our balance, but please drink responsibly. The Label     The Flavour Aroma (Neat): Juniper and Citrus Taste (Neat): Strong Juniper taste through out, soft pine and wood notes with an orange citrus finish. Aroma (With Tonic): Juniper and Citrus... Read more...

Just Rhubarb
History Behind The Gin Who doesn’t love a Rhubarb Crumble? This is another Gin Venturist recommendation. We learnt a lot with this one on how we flavour our Gins. Taste (Neat): Zingy Rhubarb with some spice and a sweet but slightly sour finish. Aroma (With Tonic): Zingy and fresh rhubarb with plenty of juniper... Read more...
The Missing Link
History Behind The Gin As part of our subscription service, we offer our Gin Venturist’s the opportunity to pick flavours for the next year. This was recommended and we were all slightly nervous as we have never previously had a lychee flavoured gin. However, since its released it has become a fan favourite, perfect as a regular gin and tonic but if you are wanting to try something special for the summer try this in a Gin Mojito. The Label     The Flavour Aroma (Neat): Fresh and Sweet Lychee. Taste... Read more...

The Wolf of Gin St.
History Behind The Gin The history behind this gin is twofold. The first is that Patrick since the beginning of the Gin Venture had an image in his mind of a wolf in a suit, after many poorly drawn attempts by himself to bring forth his vision, Lydia from took it forward and made his dream come to life with this label. Our distiller Lewis also had a dream for this, he wanted to make something he always dreamed of… It’s inspired by his favourite drink (we cant say what) flavoured... Read more...
The Only Exception
History Behind The Gin Released in Feb 2020, this gin was made to show you how a Pink Gin should be. Believe it or not but pink gin is not actually pink. We included raspberry’s and strawberry’s as part of the distillation process and you cant actually colour your gin that way. Most company’s have to use artificial colourings at the end of the process to get that colour. To keep to that pink traditional look, we prefer to keep things natural with our Gins, so we use colouring based... Read more...
No.1
History Behind The Gin This gin is the first we have ever released, we are now on the second iteration of this label as we have learnt a lot over the years, be it texture, font sizing ect. However, the flavour still stayed the same.Prior to making this Gin, we were trying to achieve a lemon flavoured gin which wasn’t sickly that just had that subtle hint that it tasted like a smooth London dry with a lemon in the glass; Therefore removing the need for a lemon in a classic...
